Setting Goals
As a new business, my focus was to first get clarity on Howard’s vision for the brand and break it down into key three key concepts that to build off of.
Farm fresh mushrooms grown in the Appalachian mountains of North Georgia and fed mountain spring water.
Branding direction as a small family owned business that will become the biggest mushroom farms on the East coast with the highest quality.
(Future) An educational center where people can visit to learn & pick their own mushrooms.
Graphic assets for marketing: Logo, brochures, posters, banners, etc.
Competitor Analysis
I started off my initial research on the current top mushroom farms & suppliers worldwide and locally in order to learn about their current market penetration, branding, visuals and history to gain insight on their success and how we could proceed forward.
